Hoarding contractors, shopfitters and small contractors can save customer contacts, the shopping centre name and address, job name, reference number and installation date in the NXGN app. Use those details again when preparing the installation certificate.

Save the hoarding plan with the quote, view it in 2D and 3D, and calculate how many panels, uprights, counterweights and doors you need. Use the loading checklist to get the materials ready for your installers.

02 / Install and check

Check the hoarding before handover.

Draw your hoarding plan in the NXGN app and calculate the materials you need. Have your installers construct the hoardings to the plan and follow the NXGN installation guide. Check the completed work before preparing the installation certificate.

Inspect timber panels, MDF, melamine or plywood skins, uprights, counterweights and fixings before assembly. Repair or replace damaged items before reuse.
Check the hoarding height, spacing between uprights, counterweights, doors, corners and fixings against the drawings and load ratings.
Update the plan if the installation has changed. Confirm the installation date and upload the site photos and documents needed for handover.

03 / Download the certificate

Your job details. Already filled in.

Open the quote and download its installation certificate as a PDF. Your business logo, customer details and job details are filled in from the saved record, so you do not need to enter them again.

Customer name, shopping centre name and address.
Job name and reference number.
Installation date recorded for the job.

04 / Send it to the customer

Email the certificate from the app.

After the installation has been checked, select its quote in Message quotes and choose an email template with the certificate download link. Your customer can use the link to download the PDF.

Select the quote for the completed installation and choose your certificate email template.
Check the customer’s email address, subject and message, and choose the email account to send from.
Submit the email for sending, or schedule it for when you hand over the job.

Match the certificate to the work on site.

Construction method

Use the matching drawings

For timber panels, follow the panel construction drawings. For MDF, melamine or plywood skins, follow the skin fixing details. Check the materials, fixings and counterweights specified for your installation.

Site requirements

Check the site requirements

Your business is responsible for the engineering and approvals the job requires. Follow the published limits for indoor hoardings. Arrange a separate engineering assessment for outdoor hoardings exposed to wind.

Installation record

Check before you send

Check that the certificate matches the completed job. The app fills in the paperwork; it does not inspect the hoardings or approve the engineering. If the hoardings change, check the work and update the job details before preparing a new certificate.
