01 / Standard counterweights
Keep them. Reuse them. Sell them on.
NXGN uses standard temporary fencing counterweights. Contractors can reuse suitable counterweights they already own, move them between hoarding and temporary fencing jobs, or sell excess stock to other contractors.
Proprietary weights have no use outside the system they were made for. With no second-hand market, contractors are left holding excess stock they cannot sell on.

Timber panels suit hoarding contractors who install regularly and have workshop and storage space. Prepare panels off-site for quick assembly, then remove and store suitable panels to reinstall on another job.
- Protect timber frames and sheet skins during removal, transport and storage.
- Inspect panels after use and repair damage before returning them to stock.
- Choose panels that suit the height, size and construction requirements of the next job.

Keep suitable doors, hinges and locks with your hoarding stock. Check their condition and match them to the next installation before buying replacements.
Store for occasional installations
Shopfitters and small contractors can store suitable MDF, melamine or plywood skins and timber studs separately between jobs. Check sheets and fixings for damage before reuse.
