Uprights are broken down into a few components:
- 950mm Stud Receiver - 75 x 4mm Flat Bar
- 1100mm Upright Horizontal - 50 x 50 x 1.6mm RHS
- 350mm Upright Foot - 50 x 50 x 1.6mm RHS
- 100mm Weight Locators - 25 x 25 x 1.6mm RHS
Stud Receiver:
The Stud Receiver has 30mm butt welds flush to the face of the Upright Horizontal & internal fillet welds to the Upright Horizontal Top Middle & Bottom.
Upright Horizontal
The Upright Horizontal is butt & fillet welded around all edges to the Upright Foot
Weight Locators
The Weight Locators are welded are tack welded on all corners to the Upright Foot.
