Offsetting Uprights are required when/if:
- The Uprights Weights Block will affect the operation of the Doors (see Hanging Doors).
- The Uprights Weights Block will extrude past the Hoarding (see Hoardings With No Return Panels).
- Other potential obstacles (pot plants, chairs, ATM's, etc).
Offsetting the uprights gives the installer the option to move the Upright within the Hoarding Panel to ensure the Weight Blocks are not visible to the public or a safety hazard.

Practical Hoarding Offset Uprights
Offsetting Uprights for Practical Hoardings is more simplistic, simply fix the Upright Stud (UR ST) (as per Skin Fixing Specification & Upright Installation) where required.
